Bio

A lifelong runner and former Cross Country and Track & Field athlete, I ran competitively for six years at Dorman High School, graduating in 2019. From 2019 to 2023, I earned my bachelor’s degrees in Secondary Education and English, with a minor in Creative Writing, from the College of Charleston, where I was also a South Carolina Teaching Fellow.

Since joining Gray in August 2023, I have assisted in coaching two girls Track & Field State Championship teams and six XCTF Region Championship titles across the AA and AAAA SCHSL classifications.

I also teach English at Gray, which shapes my approach to developing student-athletes prepared to compete at a high level while carrying those habits beyond their athletic careers. To me, running is more than just competition; it is a vehicle for building character, grit, and resilience.
